HOME-NURSERY PARENT PARTNERSHIP

Your Home – Nursery parent partnership coordinator is here to offer support, advice, guidance and a listening ear; to parents/carers and families of nursery children and their siblings.

It is a nursery based service that can help you with:

• Your worries
• Parenting concerns
• Behaviour management
• Special Educational Needs coordinator (Senco)
• Nursery/school attendance and lateness
• Nursery/school transition
• Confidence building
• Relationships
• Sign posting to local services

We are happy to see you individually daily or weekly and on request.  We will also be holding a coffee morning on the Last Friday of each month at 9am in the nursery.
