Safeguarding Statement
We strictly follow strict safer recruitment procedures in assessing suitability of candidates. Our recruitment procedure involves obtaining previous employment references, as well as being required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. We use a self disclosure form for any voluntary disclosures and any information given is assessed individually. If we subsequently find any information, we may submit this to DBS and or the police. We make social media checks on applicants.
When making an offer, we also make sure the candidate is allowed to work in the UK and may ask to see information other information. We will also ask to see qualifications and other personal identification information.
Furthermore, we support staff from any allegations with CCTV installed in all care areas.
