Extra Attendance Form

Please use the form below to request extra ad-hoc attendance. If you need a single day it will be 8am to 6pm, an extra half day session is either 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm. If you need the 7am start, it will be an extra cost of £5.00 on the AM price.

You can use the same form for multiple days in the same week, or please submit a new form for attendance in different weeks.

All bookings must be paid at the time of booking, otherwise they will not be accepted.
